    Fwd: COMPLAINT NO 1903i806380186 MOBILE NO 9914915166Dear Sir,

    Very sorry to inform you that I have purchased one Onida AC on 21 07 2018 and at the time of purchase I was offered three free service within one year.

    But 29-March -2019 when I requested for the service, the service engineer visited my office. The engineer at the time of visit demanded service charge which I refused to pay and i had to contact the dealer also for the same.

    The behaviour of the Engineer was also not correct with the employees of my office. I fail to understand that why employee of Onida behaves in such rude manner.

    I request you to please get the AC serviced again and also request you to get this service done properly with some experienced andservice engineer.
