We, 160 middle income group people have purchased small house building sites from an approved layout in Munaganoor Village, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in the year 1984 which were duly registered by the Sub-Registrar (East), Hyderabad. We are in our possession Registered Sale Deeds.
ReplyDeleteHowever, Revenue authorities did not permit us to construct our houses there stating that Survey No.44/1 is Govt. Assigned Land. The land is still lying vacant and our names are still being shown as bonafide owners in Revenue Records.
Smt. Jaladi Vimala W/o Shri J Ramakoteswara Rao who had sold the plots was acquitted by the Criminal Court, Hayathnagar in the year 2011 as it could not be conclusively established that it is Govt. assigned land. Registrar, RR Dist. in his sworn affidavit explained to the APHRC that the plots were registered by the Sub-Registrar as no record was available at that time to show that it was Govt. assigned land and only after a gap of 7 years on 18th August, 1991, MRO, Hayathnagar informed that it was assigned land.
On December 18, 2017, Revenue Deptt. Special Chief Secretary, B R Meena issued an internal memo No.24196/Assn.I (3) 2017-1 asking Dist. Collectors except Hyderabad to regularize the assigned lands in favour of those who had purchased them.
But, Revenue authorities are interpreting that the above Memo is confined to the vacant agricultural lands only and not to the approved layouts even if they are 31 years old as seen in the instant case.
In the recent past, Telangana state govt. magnanimously regularized assigned lands where buildings were built with penalty despite the fact the lands were illegally encroached upon without any registration.
In the present case, we have purchased the plots from an approved layout which were duly registered and this relaxation is not given to us which is discriminatory and is against the equality before law.
We, request you to request you to kindly highlight this in your esteemed daily as a prominent news repor [ Hyderabad edition] to bring this grave injustice to the kind notice of Hon. CM, Telangana for which act of kindness, we shall be grateful to you ever and forever!

You again proved media wants money from any situation. We are not politicians to give money for our favorable news. We are bank employees and we are not correopted like you to give money to you.
We felt very bad for your ఫన్ గామ on bankers strike. We opened
30crores jandhan for part of develop india with same staff. Out of 30 c 15 c accounts are doing transactions monthly. We are doing service with same people. Gas subsidy connected with bank accounts NREGS connected to banks scolorships connected to bank for social responcible. Mudra loans and bc sc st Corporation loans also for social responsibility. Per employee transactions and per employee business also increased n number of times. Are you accept 2 % hike for five years settlement in your salary?
If you want only money we will beg at a centre and give to you donation.
